Abstract:
Base medium of
Pseudomonas was screened for producting pyoverdines among four kinds of media, it was showed that sodium succinate medium as basic medium and the effects of additions of different components on the output of pyoverdines were examined. The results showed that the production of pyoverdines could be promoted significantly, while glycerin, sea salt and NH

3 and more than 7 times than before. The medium is simple and advantageous to isolate and purify the pyoverdines. At the same time, the fermentation conditions were optimized and the best conditions were determined. The results showed that initial pH, inoculation amount, temperature, shaking speed and the time were 6.9,1.0%,25℃,220 r/min and 28h, respectively.
