基于文献计量分析的南大洋生态环境研究现状与展望

摘要:
南大洋是目前受人为活动干扰最少的区域,在平衡全球气候变化、维持生物多样性方面扮演了重要角色。由于其独特的自然条件和地理区位,各国学者自20世纪90年代起就开始对南大洋生态环境进行深入研究。为厘清全球范围内的南大洋生态环境研究现状、预测未来研究趋势,本文采用文献计量学的研究方法,统计了Web of Science 核心数据库中已发表的南大洋生态环境相关研究论文,共获得有效论文7 491篇。基于VOSviewer软件分析了1990—2020年间关于南大洋生态环境的论文发表数量、发表机构、发表期刊、核心作者及主要研究主题,结果表明:①南大洋生态环境的相关研究逐年增加,1997年《京都议定书》的签订及其2005年的正式生效是南大洋生态环境研究数量明显上升的时间节点;②美国是南大洋生态环境研究的领军国家,拥有3个发文数量排名前十的科研机构;英国和澳大利亚也是南大洋生态环境研究的主要国家,其科研机构发文数量排名靠前;中国的南大洋生态环境研究起步较晚,目前仍处于追赶阶段,但与欧美国家的差距正逐步缩小;③30年间南大洋生态环境的主要研究领域包括“气候变化”“浮游植物”“南极磷虾种群”“海洋生物”“生物地理学”。其中,“气候变化”在目前和将来相当长的一段时间内都将是南大洋生态环境研究的热点,未来的主要研究重点是南大洋生物多样性的分布格局和主要生态过程对气候变化的响应,以及准确评估和预测气候变化对南大洋生态系统年代际变化的方法和模型等。

Present and prospect of the Southern Ocean ecological environmental studies based on bibliometric analysis

Abstract:
The Southern Ocean is the least disturbed area by human activities and plays an important role in the maintenance of the global ecosystem. Since the 1990s, the Southern Ocean ecological environment has been deeply studied by scholars from all over the world because of its unique natural conditions and geographics. In order to clarify the status of the Southern Ocean ecological environmental research worldwide and forecast the future research trend, the bibliometrics research method was used to count the published papers related to the Southern Ocean ecological environmental research in the Web of Science core database and a total of 7 491 valid papers were obtained. The numbers, institutions, journals, main authors and main research topics of relevant papers published from 1990 to 2020 were analyzed by the VOSviewer software, it conclusions that: (1) the numbers of Southern Ocean ecological environmental research have gradually increased in recent years. The “Kyoto Protocol” was signed in 1997 and officially entered into force in 2005, which are the time nodes when the numbers of the Southern Ocean ecological environmental research had increased significantly. (2) The United States was a leading country in the field of the Southern Ocean ecological environmental research, with three scientific research institutions that rank among the top 10 in the number of published papers. The United Kingdom and Australia were also the main countries in the field of the Southern Ocean ecological environmental research, with their major scientific research institutions ranking high in the number of papers published. China’s ecological environmental researches on the Southern Ocean started late, which was still in the catch-up stage; the gap between China, European and American countries was gradually narrowing. And (3) The main research fields of the Southern Ocean ecological environmental research in the past 30 years can be divided into ‘climate change’, ‘phytoplankton’, ‘krill’, ‘marine organism’ and ‘biogeography’. Among which, ‘climate change’ becomes a hot topic in the Southern Ocean ecological environmental research at present and will continue to be hot in the future. Distribution patterns of biodiversity and response of main ecological processes to climate change in the Southern Ocean, the developing methods to assess current and future impacts of climate change on the structure and function of Southern Ocean ecosystems will be the major research in future.
