随着我国滨海核设施和核技术利用项目的大力建设与发展,迫切需要建立一套统一、规范的海洋放射性监测技术体系,以保障和应对我国海洋放射性环境安全与风险。本文分别对当前海洋放射性样品采集规范体系、海洋放射性监测技术规范体系、海洋放射性监测分析方法体系、海洋放射性质量评价体系和质量保证体系进行梳理,提出海洋放射性监测技术体系的发展建议,以期为海洋放射性环境监测技术体系建设规划工作提供参考。 |

With the booming construction and development of coastal nuclear facilities and nuclear technology utilization projects in China and neighboring countries, there is an urgent need to establish an unified and standardized marine radioactivity monitoring technology system for marine radioactive environmental safety and risk assessment. This article reviews the current marine radioactive sample collection specifications, marine radioactivity monitoring technical standard system, marine radioactivity monitoring and analysis method system, marine radioactivity quality evaluation system and quality assurance system, and puts forward recommendations and references for the development of marine radioactivity monitoring technology system. |
