Abstract: |
Heavy metal, paralytic shellfish poison (PSP) and diarrhetic shellfish poison (DSP) in 7 species of shellfishes, which collected from Shenzhen coastal waters, were analyzed for seafood security. The samples were tested according to the national standards and the value was analysed with KruskalWallis H inspection and variance analysis with SPSS 20.0. The results showed that all heavy metals and shellfish toxins had been detected in the samples. The mercury pollution was not significant. The content of copper ranged from 0.52mg/kg to 109.65mg/kg and the overstandard rate was 13.67%. The content of plumbum ranged from 0.01mg/kg to 360mg/kg and the overstandard rate was 68.35%. The content of cadmium ranged from 0.015mg/kg to 7.807mg/kg and the overstandard rate was 53.96%. The detection rate of PSP and DSP was 100%. The content of PSP ranged from 030 ug/100g to 34.23ug/100g. The content of DSP ranged from 1.88 ug/100g to 38.41ug/100g. Overall, the content of plumbum and cadmium severely exceeded the standard. It is statistical significant for the heavey matal concentration among different shellfish and detection rates of shellfish poison are high. Authorities should pay attention to the high detection rate of heavy metals and toxin in shellfishes and the ocean monitoring work be strengthened. |
