我国海洋药物和生物制品产业集聚度及其驱动机制

Industrial agglomeration and its driving mechanisms of the marine drugs and biological products industry in China

  • 摘要: 产业集聚度是指示产业发展水平的重要指标,为促进我国海洋药物和生物制品产业高质量发展,本研究对我国沿海11个省(自治区、直辖市) 2018—2024年的海洋药物和生物制品产业集聚度进行量化计算和聚类分析,构建了“基础资源供给-科技创新支撑-关联行业基础”驱动力模型,并对重点区域海洋药物和生物制品产业集聚发展的驱动机制和影响因素进行了解析。研究结果表明:辽宁、山东、江苏、浙江、福建等5省海洋药物和生物制品产业集聚度相对显著,11个省(自治区、直辖市)按集聚水平可划分为领先型、显著型、一般型等3类,其中浙江为领先型集聚、山东呈现显著型集聚、其他9省(自治区、直辖市)集聚程度一般,且福建具有向显著型集聚演变的明显趋势;浙江、山东、福建3省均已形成由基础资源供给、科技创新支撑、关联行业基础构成的三元驱动模式,辽宁、江苏、广东3省目前仍处于由基础资源供给、科技创新支撑构成的二元驱动阶段。研究结果可为沿海地区进一步优化海洋药物和生物制品产业发展举措提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Industrial agglomeration is a key indicator reflecting the development level of an industry. To promote the high-quality development of China’s marine drugs and biological products industry, this study quantitatively calculated and conducted a cluster analysis on the agglomeration level of the marine drugs and biological products industry in 11 coastal provinces (municipalities) from 2018 to 2024. A driving-force model of “basic resource supply–scientific and technological innovation support–related industry foundation” is constructed, and the driving mechanisms and influencing factors of agglomeration development in key regions are analyzed. Results show that the industrial agglomeration is relatively significant in five provinces: Liaoning, Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Fujian. Based on agglomeration intensity, the 11 provinces (municipalities) can be classified into three types: leading, significant, and general. Specifically, Zhejiang Province exhibits a leading-type agglomeration pattern, Shandong Province shows a significant-type agglomeration pattern, while the other 9 provinces (municipalities) display a general-type agglomeration pattern. Notably, Fujian Province displays a clear trend toward a significant-type agglomeration pattern. Furthermore, three provinces—Zhejiang, Shandong, and Fujian provinces have already established a ternary driving model composed of basic resource supply, scientific and technological innovation support, and related industry foundation. In contrast, three provinces—Liaoning, Jiangsu, and Guangdong provinces remain in a binary driving stage formed by basic resource supply and scientific and technological innovation support. These findings can provide references for coastal areas to further optimize development measures for the marine drugs and bio-products industry.
