三门湾鱼类群落物种共存机制的研究

Study on mechanisms driving the species coexistence of fish communities in Sanmen Bay

  • 摘要: 群落内物种如何共存长期以来一直都是群落生态学研究的核心内容之一。为阐明三门湾鱼类群落空间共存机制,本研究利用2020年9月航次和11月航次三门湾渔业资源和生态环境调查数据,基于冗余分析方法检测了鱼类群落与环境因子(水深、水温、盐度、溶解氧、pH值和透明度)的关系,同时利用零模型检验了鱼类群落物种间的空间共存格局。结果表明:冗余分析显示9月航次鱼类群落与透明度密切相关,11月航次鱼类群落则与水深密切相关,两个航次的鱼类群落偏差解释比例均较低(小于25%);零模型结果显示两个航次鱼类群落物种间Pianka实测值极显著和显著小于预测值9月航次实测值和预测值分别为0.358和0.564(P<0.01),11月航次实测值和预测值分别为0.477和0.546(P<0.05),这表明两个航次的鱼类群落物种之间的竞争排斥作用都对群落空间结构的构建有重要影响。根据三门湾鱼类群落物种竞争排斥作用对空间共存格局构造占主导的特点,今后三门湾渔业管理措施的制定应从提高生态系统中饵料和空间等资源的生态位数量及生境异质性等角度出发。

     

    Abstract: Study on how species coexists in a community is a central objective in ecology. Aiming to elucidate mechanisms that drive the observed pattern of fish species in the community within Sanmen Bay, fishes and six environmental influences (water depth, temperature, salinity, pH, dissolved oxygen and transparency) were sampled in September and November 2020. Redundancy analysis indicated that fish structure in the communities was related to transparency during September 2020, and water depth in November 2020. Null models showed that the observed Pianka indexes among fishes were statistically lower than simulated values in both months when the observed and simulated ones were 0.358 and 0.564 in September 2020 (P<0.01), and they were 0.477 and 0.546 during November 2020 (P<0.05), respectively, suggesting that the important role of competitive effects among species determining the structures of fish community within Sanmen Bay. Thus, our results reveal that fishery management strategies in Sanmen Bay should focus on promoting spatial and feeding niches relating to resources and habitat heterogeneities relating to habitat conditions in the system.
