| 海洋药物历史悠久但发展缓慢，在90年代开始正式进入到热点研究领域。随着海洋药物研究的深入，国际范围内逐渐有数个药物获得上市批准，并有大量的海洋药物或衍生物进入不同阶段的临床试验；但海洋药物的发展速度仍远慢于其他类型的药物。海洋来源的物质具有区别于其他药物的特点，结构新颖、活性独特，是优良的药物宝库。但海洋药物发展受到多方面因素的限制，需要综合社会与技术资源并依托优良的政策以从根本上解决相关问题。本文概述了海洋药物的研发进展并对相关问题进行了浅析。 |

| Progress and analysis of research and development in modern marine drugs |

| Abstract: |
| Marine drug has a long history with slow progression and it has become a hot field of research since the 1990s. With profound marine drug research, several drugs have been approved worldwide, and a number of marine drugs or derivatives have entered different phases of clinical trials. However, the progress of marine drug research and development is still much slower than that of other types of drugs. With innovative structural characteristics and bioactivity, marine origin compounds are an excellent source for drug research. However, the development of marine drugs is confined by many factors and it should be fundamentally solved by the backup of good policy in combination with the resources of social and tecnological supports. To summarize the research and development of marine drugs, the advances and problems of marine medical research are viewed and discussed in this paper. |
